Living rural and having the opportunity to tap into some of the most incredible knowledge base and connections has been one of the most valuable components of this program. The learning content combined with the peer and one to one coaching gave me the ‘how’ and a dedicated support network to feel like I wasn’t alone in the decisions I was making.
The peer mentor experience was what made this program. Throughout the program I just felt so supported as challenges came up in my business. I felt I had a space of like-minded business owners who knew me and my business really well. My facilitator was so skilled in setting the groups up and getting us to stick. She has an authentic passion for business and getting the best out of the cohort and her deep technical expertise was perfect insight for us when we needed it.
It was the opportunity to meet and connect and actually work with like minded women that was the true power and how we were walked through the learning content and taught how to apply what we needed when we needed to. Even when things went wrong the peer, the facilitator and mentors helped us solve those problems and made us feel less alone.
