Almost everything you’ll need to know about our programs…

How much time will I need?
Trailblazers: 14 weeks with 3 hours average per week of contact time
Basecamp : 10 months with average 6 hours per month of contact time
Learning Labs : 1 day
Groei.us : 45mins per module

To get the most out of the program and implement the learning you’ll need to do some extra work. We’d suggest you work on your business in between each session during the course for another 4 hours per week. We’ll help your structure your time so you can make the time to put the right focus on the right things.

Is my business too small to benefit?
Business’ of any size will learn best practice on many levels completing the course.

Trailblazers is designed to assist you to startup or grow your business from yourself to employing your first staff member. However it will also assist businesses with up to 5 staff.

We would recommend you have at least 5 staff to benefit from the Basecamp program.

What’s the class size?
Each cohort is a maximum of 30 and a minimum of 16. Each cohort is made up of breakout groups of 6 non-competing businesses who you will get to know really well.
What can I expect?
Our participants lead busy lives. Most have businesses, full time jobs in their business and families. We have created a flexible timetable that will give you the time to think about your business and do the work.

We don’t give you homework. How much work you do in between sessions is up to you. You will have support from your groei coach and the learning peer group to make the decisions you need to make to be more effective. And they’ll make sure you have accountability to do the work in your best interests.

What if I miss a session?
All our online sessions are recorded with the group so you can circle back if you miss a session or watch again if you’d like we rerun.
How does the application process work?

Once you submit your application our groei coach will be in touch to discuss your goals from the program and talk you through next steps.

Will I have to travel?

The only travel needed is to attend one of our Learning Labs if you would like to meet your cohort face to face. The Learning Labs are a key learning day each quarter in our Basecamp program. If you can’t afford to travel you can attend the Lab virtually as they will be recorded.

If you’re in Trailblazers you can pay a member rate to attend the Learning Labs but it is not a requirement of the course.

How do you protect confidentiality?

All participants sign a confidentiality agreement as part of the application process. Chatham House rules apply during all peer group sessions.

We ensure that breakout cohorts where you share your personal challenges and sensitive business information occur without competitors in the same group.

Do I get a certificate?

Yep. And a t-shirt. And a video of your progress through the course.

What kind of support will I get?

If it sounds like a lot of content ion a short time that’s ok. You can re-run the videos and catch up on concepts you missed at any time. Your groei coach is there to help you apply the material to your business.

We encourage participants to talk directly to each other and discuss topics specific to each business as a group. You will learn from your group as much as from our module materials.

What preparation will I need to do?

We will guide you through the preparation for the course in our initial one to one session with your groei coach.

What’s your refund policy?

We commit to delivering on our promises and giving you the tools you need to build your business. In return, we ask you to commit to spending the time, money and passion it takes to learn new skills and contribute to the others in the group. We understand that plans change, and we’ve tried to create a refund policy that respects you and our agreements.

Deposit: We require a $500 deposit to secure your spot and groei program. Your deposit is non-refundable.

Program fees: The rest of investment is fully refundable any time between the day we receive it and thirty days before the start of the session you applied to attend. If you start a program and withdraw after the first thirty days we will fully refund the fee. You need to give thirty days notice should you decide to withdraw and will be invoiced pro rata for completion up to that point.

If you change your mind and ask for a refund, and then later decide to reapply, you’ll be asked to pay a new deposit.

What if I change my mind?

We understand that life and business can sometimes get in the way of a good plan.

You can change your mind and defer to choose another start date or put your deposit towards a different program. You can only change your program choice up to 10 days prior to the start date of the program.

If you change your mind and ask for a refund, and then later decide to reapply, you’ll be asked to pay a new deposit.
