Groei Education is proud to deliver a fully funded Federal Government Pilot Program to address the skills shortage in regional businesses to connect young people in employment. The CrISP project (Talent Accelerate) has received funding from the Department of Employment & Workplace Relations under the National Priority Fund to address the challenge to support industry to redesign jobs and meet emerging workforce needs.Â

Flexible learning
Choose a start date: October 2024, January 2025 or March 2025. Enrolments are now currently closed.
Online learning course: soft skills building in innovation, critical thinking, creative design, communication + more!
Suggested study is 1 -4 hours per week over a period of 10 weeks or choose an intensive
-3 week summer internship in January, or a
-3 week internship in March.
Once you have these skills, we pair you with a local business and match your interests. During the 6-8 weeks of work placement you have the opportunity to put your new skills in practice (1-5 days per week depending on your current work-study schedule).
*ages 17 – 25. Young people from age 15 are accepted with approval
